Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 16.30;
Friday from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 15.00

Documents needed:

- Photocopy of passport or identity card
- Photocopy of the fiscal code
- One photo (passport size) 
- Receipt of the enrolment
- Request form
- 13 Euros

From 16/11 the Unipass card is issued only by “Uffici Line Spa” in Via Donegani 7/15
